The Still Glow Framework draws from psychology, neurophysiology, academic intervention, somatic regulation, and behavioral supports to build a holistic baseline that a team, a family, or a district can actually act on.
AI makes it possible to synthesize complex, multi-domain data — including the student's own identified needs — into a prescriptive intervention plan at a depth and speed no manual process can match. Every intervention is matched to what the data shows. Every plan includes a fidelity tracking structure so you can measure whether it's working. It is a clinical system designed to produce measurable outcomes — for the students who need it, and for the districts and families responsible for them.
Deanna Kobus is the founder of The Still Glow and a licensed New Jersey Learning Disabilities Teacher-Consultant with a background spanning special education, curriculum and instruction, and district-level consulting. She built The Still Glow because she kept seeing the same problem everywhere she worked: support systems that looked complete on paper and weren't working in practice. Tier placements that were inconsistent. Intervention plans that were generic. Referral rates that kept climbing despite good intentions and real effort. And no reliable way to measure whether any of it was actually changing outcomes for the people inside it.
The Still Glow Framework was built to change that. It begins with a holistic, standardized intake that captures data across academic, behavioral, somatic, and environmental domains — including what a district, family, or student already has — and synthesizes it into a precise, individualized intervention structure that a team can act on immediately. Co-regulation is at the center, because Deanna's clinical background taught her that a regulated nervous system is the foundation every other intervention is built on. Sustainability isn't an add-on. It's designed in from the start. Deanna currently partners with urban and Title I school districts across New Jersey — working alongside principals, directors of special services, and instructional leadership teams — and serves families, colleges, and universities nationally.
